I used to be a big fan of this place when it was still called Headquarters.
When it first changed ownership, there were attractive people manning the door, but they were often rude and did not do basic things like providing a container unless specifically asked. This was a significant shift. You do not want to deal with rudeness when you are asking for something that is usually provided in these types of venues.
I have continued to visit the venue when I am in the area, and I believe the customer service has gotten much better, but it seems like the number of attendees is still quite low. This is unfortunate, as it is not a bad venue.
I was not thrilled to hear that they are planning to open a nightclub upstairs. I really liked the previous setup.

Shelled out $65 for a 2 for 1 deal on a Wednesday night, but it felt like a total waste of money.
Venue was almost empty, just 2 patrons.
The private room was in a sorry state - TV was out of order, fan was not working and some lights were also not functioning. I brought this to the attention of the staff but they were unable to fix the TV, fan or lights.
After enduring for 40 minutes, I tried to return the key to the staff. But he asked me to keep it. Went upstairs and decided to leave as there was only 1 person present.
The manager responded to my review with harsh words and offensive remarks.
I believe the public deserves to know the truth before they decide to spend their hard-earned money here.

Trade Club is a terrible venue. The beverages are unpalatable, and the establishment reeks of a potent musty odor. The doorman is the most power-hungry jerk Ive ever encountered, and the wait staff are all complete idiots. The worst part, however, is the proprietor of this establishment. Just take a gander at his replies. He is a despicable individual who is incapable of accepting criticism. I yearn for the day when I can confront this spineless individual in person.
Steer clear of this place.

Visited Trade Club on a Saturday night around 11pm after club hopping. It was okay, not crowded but the people there were varied and mostly polite. There was something to cater to everyone. The guys at the front desk were nice, so I am not sure why there are some complaints. Had a good time for $35. Only two floors were open, the third was under renovation.

Shelled out 30 bucks per person to get into a club with no one but the bouncer in it. All the other reviews are genuine, not bot-generated. I inquired if there were going to be any performances, got a vague "maybe later". You're better off at Stonewall, Burdekin or Universal - people actually go there and two out of three don't even have an entry fee. I pity the bouncer, he's aware he's fleecing people.
