Service quality has dipped, I went there again in the last fortnight, and the person in charge assigned us Candy and another girl for my buddy.
I experienced nothing but disappointment. Candy applied too much pressure as if she was venting her anger, I still feel pain in my shoulders. I thought I was the only one who had a bad experience, but my friend also expressed dissatisfaction with the service when we bumped into each other at the entrance.
It was 11 in the night, I do not believe it is late for a place like Juliet. However, if the girl does not like us, we can switch, no issues.
A few days later, I rang up the front desk and requested for the managers email to lodge a complaint.
And I have not received any response from them regarding the matter.
I am not bothered about their local management changes, but the service quality at Juliet has completely deteriorated.
Will never return.
