She incorporated aromatherapy oils to amplify the experience, leaving me feeling revitalized. I expressed my gratitude for the exceptional service and left the parlour feeling light and invigorated.

The receptionist did not even give me a chance to reconsider my options and possibly choose another lady. Instead, she forced me to leave. I left that night with a heavy heart, feeling extremely upset and let down. Not because the lady refused to see me, but because of the receptionist's treatment.
It is regrettable that you are losing a customer over such a foolish incident. I will also be sharing my experience with others, which may lead to more lost customers. I have no intention of visiting this place again and I would advise others to avoid it unless they want to experience the same cycle of disappointment and ultimately getting kicked out. The receptionist was utterly unprofessional and rudely dismissive.
