I am choosing to remain anonymous for reasons of privacy and am not using my regular email account, but I must express my disappointment by saying that I just left the establishment without availing any service. This was due to the extremely poor and disrespectful attitude of the receptionist right from the start. She showed no understanding of basic customer service. I was neither disrespectful, nor aggressive, nor did I act superior. Her responses to my queries and overall interaction were appalling. I have seen similar complaints about this individual in other reviews as well.

I cannot comment on the girls and their services as I did not get that far, and frankly, I do not care anymore. The initial interaction was so off-putting that it does not matter how long she has been employed here or how good she may be in other areas. Her job is to interact with customers and she is completely unfit for it. Based on my experience with her, I decided to leave and I am hesitant about returning.

To the management of MD, I urge you to take action to preserve your business.

My experience with the front desk person at this establishment was utterly disheartening. She exuded an air of arrogance and was not at all helpful from the moment I stepped in. Her demeanor made the entire exchange uncomfortable, giving off the impression that she could not be bothered to offer even the most basic level of customer service. It is my hope that the management will address this issue, as initial impressions are crucial—and this one was simply not up to par.

Hello, the establishment and its services are quite pleasant but I encountered an issue with one of the employees. I had paid for an hour but after only 20 minutes, the girl got dressed and told me our time was up. I called five minutes later to ask if it was one or two sessions for 45 and was told it was two. Despite this, on my next visit I was asked to meet with the manager the following day. When I called the manager the next day, she was very impolite and blamed me for the misunderstanding, saying I should have clarified things before leaving. Honestly, a brothel is not a place to create such confusion but if I dont challenge this, this is the kind of treatment people receive. In the end, I did not receive the service I paid for so I would advise others to be careful when visiting this place.

I went to this place and encountered a Vietnamese lady at the reception who was not nice at all. Her customer service skills were really poor. She was very rude to me. I had an appointment with Tamara, a Persian girl, but she was not friendly either. Her attitude was really bad, she was aggressive and unprofessional. She did not even provide a good service, it was a complete waste of time and money. I would say, do not trust what she says before booking, you will just be wasting your time and money. Her background says she is Egyptian in the roster, but she is actually Persian. Be careful before booking her, it is not worth the time and money.
