The rating you got is what you truly deserve. My life's most terrible experience. Service was subpar. Rooms were so dirty and there was absolutely nothing to stay for.

The below statement is nothing but false. When I came back, you denied me access.
The lady who opened the door (Coco I believe) is so unhelpful and uncooperative. It seemed like she just wanted to rest and the last thing on her mind was a client. I will not be visiting again.

I got informed that I was not allowed to enter this establishment because they assumed I had a girlfriend, which is not the case. Since when did ethics become a factor in determining who is allowed to visit and who is not. I reckon that about 95% of their patrons are either wedded or in a relationship. I am aware that the boyfriend of Coco, who is the manager, is a married man with a few young kids. It does not seem to disturb her at all.

Is it fair when Lilly agrees to a service but only talks about additional charges after you are already in the room?
Is it acceptable that the owner shows no concern?
I regret not reading all the reviews before deciding to visit this place.
It is honestly the worst place one could choose to visit.
A rating of zero stars would be more fitting and truthful.
