I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Jenny, and I feel it is necessary to share my experience. As customers who have paid for a service, we anticipate a level of professionalism and relaxation during the service. Regrettably, this was not what I experienced.

I had booked a 30-minute session, but within just 15 minutes, Jenny began insisting that I take a shower and stated she was about to leave. This felt hurried and unprofessional. Moreover, she resorted to using inappropriate and offensive language, which is completely unacceptable in any customer service role.

I would like to make it clear: customers pay for a service, not to be hurried or treated poorly. If I book a 30-minute session, I have the right to use that full time without being asked to leave prematurely. Such behavior not only reflects badly on the individual but also on the establishment.

I would strongly recommend caution to anyone considering her services, as this experience was far from relaxing or satisfactory. I hope the management takes note of this issue to ensure a better experience for future customers.

I received a response from 32 Berry Clyde, but it does not matter to me because they always seem to blindly support their workers. Please read the comments carefully—they reveal how they exploit customers, take money, and provide poor service as if they are doing us a favor. Despite reading the comments, I still went there, and sadly, the comments turned out to be true. They only show respect until you have paid them; after that, they treat you as if you are there for free.

Really terrible experience. Fellas, I advise you not to squander your cash and hours at 32 Berry Clyde. I spent time with a lady called Jessica. She was not neat and had an unpleasant odor. It was clear she had not showered. I had reserved half an hour. She took up 25 minutes of my time just cleaning herself with damp tissues. She was also occupied with her mobile phone. She billed me $140 for only 5 minutes. I voiced my dissatisfaction to the boss, but he did not take any action. I have no intention of returning there.
