Unpleasant and deceitful. The location is unclean and infested with bugs. I would not recommend anyone to visit. It was the most terrible experience I have ever encountered.

Strolled in without a reservation, was greeted by a cordial papasan who arranged for me to meet 6-7 women within a waiting time of just 5 minutes. I chose Mimi, and her service was efficient and as promised, not a moment was squandered. The establishment is neat and I have no gripes or reasons that would stop me from coming back again.

Hello all, just thought Id share my experience. I visited 12 Cottam Bankstown today and hired a girl named Bella for 20 minutes (her pictures are on their website). We went to her room and it seemed like she was just trying to waste time. At first, she left the room and came back with a suitcase. She then started to rummage through it, after which she removed her clothes and went to take a shower. I was left wondering why a girl in such a place was not ready for the next client. Why would she need to shower while the customer is waiting in the room? After her shower, she informed me that 5 minutes of our time had already elapsed, leaving only 15 minutes. Can you believe that?

To make matters worse, her service was subpar. She kept setting boundaries, saying not to touch this or that, or not to do this or that. The whole experience was just terrible. It felt like a total waste of money. I wouldnt even give it one star. Thanks for reading and have a good day!
