I received a fantastic relaxing massage from Suzy. What a wonderful woman, so friendly, upbeat, and absolutely stunning. I am eager to return in January.

I have had two massages at the Rotterdam location, one with Leyla and the other recent one with Maya.
Both ladies were enjoyable and I will certainly return to the salon.

I had a terrible time at this place. The woman there demanded insane amounts for additional services. She started pricing at €100, then €200, €500 and even escalated to €1000. It was so outrageous it left me feeling drained and I immediately declined. I was about to leave, but she insisted on completing the service, claiming she was also enjoying it. I had no intention of paying for it, particularly after her outrageous pricing. She even admitted that people have paid her €500 just to kiss her. She also mentioned that she only takes home €30 from the €130 room charge. She then suggested I finish the service manually, to which I agreed. She gave me a few small kisses here and there. Once it was over, I wanted to just get dressed and leave, but she asked if I preferred to pay in cash or via bank transfer. This was absurd because I had not agreed to this. What ensued was a loud argument with her blocking the door so I couldn't leave. I eventually managed to push past her and speak to the hostess. Despite this, the woman continued to yell loudly enough for the entire establishment to hear. Even the other girls had to step out into the hallway during their massages because they could hear her screaming. It's really disappointing that what should have been an enjoyable hour was ruined in this way, leaving a bitter taste.

I later posted a review about this experience, to which the owner responded. She promised a refund and introduced me to several other women, promising a better experience 'what KIMNL truly represents'.

I called back on Friday, only to be told by the hostess that there would be more options on Saturday. So, I called again on Saturday, only to be told by a different hostess that Sunday would offer even more choices. I call today and there are only 2 women available, neither of which were the ones I was introduced to. They now want me to return sometime this week. There's a third woman, but she's booked up for the next 6 hours. I was told to call today at 2 p.m. to make an appointment with her, but it seems I've rearranged my entire schedule this weekend for nothing. I'm hoping to get some or all of my money back. I was open to trying a new massage, but now I just feel like I'm being led on for no reason.
