I visit there often and enjoy myself quite a bit...
The cinema is good
But after the refurbishment, they have changed the doors with "open lattices" and the guy at the counter seems to be watching too much... or even worse... he is present in the room... I guess this person is supposed to be overseeing the shop?
Umm, patrons also need some privacy.

I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE!!! They shut down 10-15 minutes before the actual closing time. The elderly man who seems to be the owner is totally unapproachable and does not pay any heed to what you say. Extremely poor customer service, felt like I was being overlooked.. again, I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST VISITING THIS PLACE!!!

I make a point of visiting this place every second Tuesday with my two boys. We never fail to find items that match everyone's tastes and they are always of superior quality, even though the welcome can be a little strange. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars, pretty content overall.
