I have visited Rouge Private Dancing numerous times before and never encountered any issues. However, my experience earlier today was far from pleasant. I paid my entry fee and bought a drink, settling down to chat with a friend. Suddenly, I was asked to leave without any explanation.

As I started heading towards the exit, my drink was abruptly taken from my hand and tossed away. Next thing I know, I am being manhandled and forcefully escorted out of the building. Someone even attempted to lift me by my legs to carry me out.

Once they ceased their rough handling, I turned to inquire about the reason for my expulsion. Their response was as baffling as the incident itself - none of them knew why I was kicked out. They simply suggested I ask another bouncer. So, I was left in the dark about why I was thrown out, and it appeared the bouncers themselves were clueless about their own actions.

The staff at Renoir were exceptional. Just last evening, I found myself in need of an alternative exit from the building. Without any hesitation or unnecessary fuss, the staff was there to assist. They guided myself, my partner, and our friend through a side door, steering us away from the main entrance. They were swift in ensuring our safety and comfort. A big salute to the wonderful staff for their quick response and their ability to put us at ease!

I am giving a 1 rating only because there is no option to give none. The staff behavior is appalling and they lack any basic customer service skills. They are quick to take your money, but then deny you access and attempt to deceive their patrons.

My buddy and I decided to check out Rouge Private Dancing as it was our first time. We got in smoothly, paid the entrance fee and started enjoying ourselves. But after about an hour, I stepped outside for some fresh air. On trying to get back in, the tall bouncer (whose name I can not remember), denied me entry for no clear reason. I asked why I was being denied entry and he started to mumble words that did not make sense, seemingly mocking my accent. He was unpleasant, disrespectful and appeared to be discriminating against me. I am shocked that he is even employed!

The bar staff is great. I overheard someone address one of them as Damien, he was really friendly and quite courteous. This young man deserves a salary increase and a step up the ladder. Kudos to him.
