The manager at Hotel Palacio De La Rosa is really not good, he is too bossy and lacks respect. Although, other staff members are quite nice, the manager is a real issue, he needs to be replaced. Also, the cleanliness is not up to the mark and needs improvement. The cleaning ladies appear to be nice, but you need to watch out. I must stress, be wary of the manager, he is not what he seems to be.
