The establishment was to my liking, everything was neat and the ladies were quite amiable and easy to talk to. They offer a decent relaxing massage and their service is satisfactory, the duration was as promised (unlike other places where they rush you out when time is up) not here, I appreciated that when you pay for an hour, it genuinely lasts an hour. Everything was satisfactory.

I experienced a truly unique and soothing massage at Masajes Eróticos Madrid - Masajes Malai. The place is conveniently located right opposite the metro station and tucked away in a quiet corner. They provided a fresh set of sheets and a towel, and the place had a really nice aroma. Given that Madrid was scorching at forty degrees, I appreciated the chance to shower upon arrival. Plus, they had air conditioning, which was a relief.

The massage itself began on a calming note and slowly heightened in intensity... Absolutely delightful, I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Horrible experience. Disgusting. One of the masseuses, Sandra, had burn marks all over her body and bandages applied at like a dozen places. Both of them were cold in their manner and definitely looked much older, uglier, and different from the ages and pictures displayed on their website.

What they promise on the phone/whatsapp and website is different from what they actually provide. The four hand massage didn't include what they promised at all. They had said it'd include two "complete and mutual endings" but when the massage began they said only one "complete and mutual ending" and the other would be only manual ending. And during that one "complete and mutual ending" also Lisa stopped in between saying something in a language I didn't understand and pushed me off. And Sandra gave a manual ending. Later when I said it was only a manual ending and wanted a complete and mutual ending at the end, they refused!

And when I pointed out that they had said a certain service was also part of the massage, they denied and asked for more money instead, as the massage was progressing and I was on the massage bed. I had no choice but to silently be there to get whatever value out of the money I had already paid.

After the service was done, when I complained through the same Whatsapp number, the other masseuse, Lisa, responded by calling me names. They also use a timer on their Whatsapp because of which the messages they sent promising certain services as part of the massage get deleted the next day and you can't show it to them what they had said would be part of the massage.

Moreover, both the masseuses just kept continuously talking to each other during the massage in a language I didn't know and completely ignored me, saying they don't understand when I spoke to them in English. The place was dirty and smelled too.

It is not worth 150 euros for 45 mins. There are better places in Madrid which provide what they promise at the same price. It was my last day in Madrid, I wish I had spent it elsewhere.

I don't care what a wood therapy is, the bottom line is that Sandra was bleeding underneath those small bandages - they were all over her body. And there were burn marks on her body. I don't care how she got those marks, but it was disgusting to look at especially after she disrobed herself. Nobody wants to be touched by such a person - it could have been an infection for all I know.

You wanted to kick me out of the place? Wow! The only reason I put up with the poor treatment of Sandra and Lisa was that they had already collected the money and were being aggressive once the money was in their hands. I would have happily left otherwise - especially after looking at both of them. They are very bad looking compared to the pictures you have of them on your website. I hope you get kicked out of that building. You are a disgrace to that nice neighbourhood. Your "massage centre" is very unhygienic, stinks and suffocating with zero ventilation. Hence you couldn't breathe.

I never squeezed anyone or anything. Lisa and Sandra were so cold and aggressive. And I never asked to be fisted. I only asked to be fingered for some anal stimulation, which you had already said yes to on Whatsapp. And I got on all fours because that was part of the massage. You can't agree to something first, collect money, and then deny service. Please don't claim that you are "massagists". You are not professional masseuses at all. It was the worst massage that I have ever had! You have zero training. And then you refused to provide the full service you had already promised and collected money for, and with that mean attitude of Lisa! She was commenting and laughing in Spanish with Sandra throughout the massage and I couldn't help but think they were insulting me literally behind my back. And it was a rude shock how Lisa walked to the main door of the apartment completely naked after the massage and held it open for me.

They overcharged me and failed to deliver all the services listed on their website. When I reached out to them to understand why, they assured me they would rectify the situation. However, they attempted to bill me the full amount once more.
I would recommend patronizing a more reliable establishment, as I have not experienced such issues elsewhere in Madrid.
