The interior is quite attractive with a modern touch, and the design is pleasing to the eye. The music is soothing and the artisans are visually appealing. However, I found the customer service to be less than satisfactory. Subtly, during our chat, the practitioner suggested additional drinks for both of us, which in the end, cost as much as having two practitioners for the program.

Refusing politely without appearing uncouth was quite a challenge. My initial refusal was not understood, and I had to agree the second time to avoid upsetting the practitioner.

There was no mention of a discount for first-time customers or a taxi ride to the location, as stated on the website. Yet, they managed to suggest cocktails worth 1k as a special treat.

I might consider coming back in the future, when the practitioners focus more on the quality of their programs, rather than diverting attention from the process by smoking and drinking during the hour-long paid relaxation programs.

I find it distasteful to write such reviews, but if a business values genuine feedback, then here are some potential areas for improvement.

P.S. I mean no disrespect to the staff. The practitioner was indeed beautiful and skilled. No hard feelings! I wish everyone a pleasant and wonderful mood!
