As a bathhouse, Relax&Spa really hits the mark with its variety, top-notch food, and numerous facilities, not to mention the high-end decor. The rates are incredibly reasonable during the weekdays, but they do hike up a bit during peak hours. Still, I'd say it's worth every penny. However, if you're planning to stay at their hotel, it might not be the best choice. The sounds of the "bath attendant" could be quite bothersome especially if you're a light sleeper and didn't come for that, so it might not be a good value for your money.

The level of customer service here is just non-existent. They seem to be only interested in making money off people. They demand a 15,000 ruble deposit upfront before letting you in. And if you decide to transfer part of this deposit to your card, you can kiss it goodbye because it is not refundable. I had to leave and within two minutes they disappeared. They then promised that I could reschedule my visit for any other day, even more than once. I did reschedule, but unfortunately, I was not able to make it. They then informed me that my deposit was lost. They dont accept card payments, which I think might be interesting to the tax authorities. I would not advise anyone to visit this place unless you are okay with losing your money for services you did not receive.

A few days ago, I visited the Relax&Spa bath complex with a bunch of my friends. I must say, it was a pleasant experience. The first thing that struck me was how CLEAN it was! There was no trace of alcohol or cigarette smell as we entered. Also, the interior decor was quite impressive, it was far from being a dingy place; everyone in our group appreciated it. The most surprising part was the presence of a cinema. Honestly, I was unaware that saunas could have something like this. It was truly an amazing experience!

Just yesterday, we held our company gathering at this place with my colleagues. My impressions are as follows: the sauna facilities are quite satisfactory, offering a lot of room. I would like to extend my gratitude to the kitchen staff for the excellent food. We were exhausted after the sauna, but then we were served fish soup, meat, a mushroom appetizer and beer. All in all, we enjoyed our time and were able to relax properly.

Visited Spectrum 905 late Saturday night and spent some time with a tall, slender girl. Her jacket made her appear like a celebrity. Tried to return on Sunday night but found the spa was closed. It's advisable to always phone them before planning a visit. From my personal experience, I'd choose this spa over others in the Niagara region. It's always tidy, has a nice aroma, and the prices are reasonable. It's a great place to go and enjoy oneself. Be mindful when selecting girls though, as my pals have reported that some can be quite pricey. Fortunately, the girl I spent time with was quite nice. I would strongly suggest her.
