The rooms for massage lack proper equipment for sound, like speakers or acoustics. I mean, for playing calming music.
The therapist just uses her phone to play music.
This is very inappropriate!
And the staff, I felt, lack a bit of sensitivity.

This place is awful, their approach and interaction is the worst I have ever encountered. It is one of the most negative salons in Russia, they ask for many things that they do not fulfill themselves. I would suggest not to visit this salon. It is not a suitable salon for girls who work on a rotational system.
