Experienced "Surprise" for 90 minutes. Was assigned a girl, Adelina I believe, without any option. She did an excellent job, never assumed it could be messed up. The girl is shy, unassuming. Its a pity, lacked extra cash, wished to spend more. Would suggest the admin to handle phone misunderstandings more coolly. After all, customers are not stupid and they cant hear due to the outdoor noise. ;)
