The service is exceptional, the rooms are spotless and privacy is maintained. Despite there being no available slots, the front desk went above and beyond to secure me an appointment. This is what I term as professionalism.

The staff was not at all friendly. Despite being 20 years old and having my ID on hand, they refused me entry due to my young looks. Hence, I rate them a 1 out of 5.
