Over the past 5 years, I have been frequenting various establishments of this kind throughout France, and Le Privé is undoubtedly the one where the ambiance is always lively and genuinely fun. Adhering to the dress code and customs is not difficult once you realize that this is a libertine club, not just an ordinary nightclub, so it may not be suitable for those who are shy. The staff, particularly the boss, works diligently to ensure the selection of as many authentic participants as possible. The venue is enormous, comfortable, and impeccably clean. In a nutshell, it is pure joy.

On Friday, the 30th of August, I had the opportunity to experience Le Privé anew during a large Commando-themed night. It was a delight to see everyone adhering to the dress code, which truly set the mood. The clientele was genuinely libertine, and the atmosphere was spiced up by General Jenny who initiated a playful war between soldiers. It was a heated, lengthy and enjoyable affair.

The organization was top-notch, with a complimentary buffet of sweet and savory treats available throughout the evening. The music was great, thanks to a talented DJ, and there were plenty of diverse cozy corners to relax in. All in all, it was a wonderful experience.

A massive thank you goes out to the staff for their warm welcome, their readiness to assist, and their kindness. I also want to acknowledge the General for her kindness and gentleness.

Will I return? Absolutely.

⚧ As a trans woman, even though Le Privé is not particularly an LGBTQ+ space, I have been frequenting this place for a number of years. I am always met with a warm welcome, a friendly and secure environment. The comfort I experience here is so immense that every time I depart, I eagerly anticipate my return.

Spoiled by an absurdly stringent dress code!
The club itself is quite decent, but gaining entry becomes increasingly disgraceful for a woman, with the curt greeting demanding more and more audacious attire while clothing is prohibited once you pass the bar. Absurd!
Insisting on appropriate dress is one thing, but...

We were turned away at the door with the excuse that the woman was not dressed in an attire from a sexy center (sic). This club was a regular spot for us, but due to the hostess's foolishness, we will not be returning. I must note, the woman was truly sexy and appealing in her lovely attire and was readily admitted into another club that same night. The management should consider the number of libertines who have stopped visiting because of this...

Once we find out she is no longer there, we might consider returning. Until then, there are more intelligent, friendly, and much more attractive hostesses at competing clubs in Toulouse, so we know where our next destination is...
