Out of all the cabarets in Quebec, Cabaret Le Folichon has the finest food.

Dancers are a bit on the older side. Music is enjoyable. They have a wide variety of beer. However, the cabaret rules dont allow for photos. The bartender is great. She knows how to make good cocktails. You should try ordering some.

Even though its main purpose is to function as a cabaret, I stumbled upon a remarkable restaurant in there. The menu is extensive with reasonably priced items and the food tastes amazing.

While dining, the waitress lights a small candle. This is a signal to the dancers that we are there for the food and not to bother them. But, there are some people who do not respect this and tend to be quite intrusive and aggressive. Another downside is that the service is frequently slow. It could be a strategy to get us to drink more.

NO STARS - Me and a buddy visited on October 10th. One of the dancers swiped $40 off me, they billed my friend for beverages we did not order, and the dancers were not honest about the number of songs they danced to. I brought it up with the manager at the end of the evening, he promised to handle it and then hid in a back room till closing time. To add insult to injury, a server who did not know I could understand French, was gossiping about us to other clients because we were speaking English. I am baffled as to how this establishment is still operating. There are other nightclubs nearby, do not err by choosing this one!
