Dismal spot
Very unclean restrooms and locker rooms
Foul odour
Abandoned location
I reckon the low patronage could be due to these factors
Overpriced for a community bar

Le Mineshaft is not a terrible cruising spot, but it seems that the younger crowd is not frequenting it these days. It appears that this style of gay bar is losing its appeal. The downside is that the patrons are typically of a certain age group, with many in their forties and sixties. Despite this, they are serving up hefty portions of food and drink.

The prices are reasonable enough, and they encourage us to indulge in aperitifs and alcohol to keep the party going all night. However, it seems that despite their efforts, these places are becoming increasingly deserted. It is a shame, as there is a certain charm to it.

I had a decent time exploring, but I was disappointed not to find a spawner. The loot in the chests was just okay. There were witches, zombies, and skeletons (watch out for the baby zombie) around. The atmosphere was spot on with heavy music and a suffocating feel. It was exactly what you'd expect from an abandoned mine. I'm giving it two stars because I wasn't impressed with the hospitality or the loot. The atmosphere was the only saving grace.
