I felt compelled to pen down my first review following my visit to The Camelot Showbar Strip Club. To give you an overview, the manager on duty, a petite lady, was exceedingly unprofessional and should either be moved to a different role or dismissed altogether.
Starting from the entrance, the door staff and security were top-notch, extending courtesies, helping me with the door and guiding me to my table. I was on a weekend trip to DC and their friendliness was much appreciated. The dancers can be quite forward, but as long as you know how to handle it, it is not necessarily a negative. On the bright side, the ladies are stunning. The club has a rule that you must buy a drink for any dancer who sits with you if you want them to stay. I was quite active that night, buying a few drinks for myself and others. There is also a peculiar house rule that dancers are not allowed to dance off the stage. My dancer was scolded by the manager multiple times for dancing at our table and seat, which spoiled a lot of my experience. After a while at my table, I was informed that the table was required for new guests who had just arrived. There were several other vacant tables which made me wonder why I was being relocated. I am not a confrontational person, and I understand that sometimes business takes precedence, so I vacated the table for the new guests and moved to the bar to buy another drink. The dancer I was chatting with accompanied me to the table, as we had gotten along quite well that night and she was admittedly making a fair bit of money from me.
About 20 minutes at the bar, one of the security personnel approached the bartender and inquired if I had a drink. The bartender confirmed that I did and the security relayed that the manager wanted me out, but could not explain why. I asked what the problem was and the security stated they had no idea, as I had not caused any trouble all night. The manager, a short woman with black hair, was incredibly unprofessional, spoiling the experience for me and several others who had dancers with them at their seats. Moreover, being asked to leave the venue while still actively buying drinks without any explanation or issue is a problem. The manager should be either dismissed or reassigned. I commend the professionalism shown by the security and the dancers, but my rating is 2 stars due to the manager.

Visited for an early Sunday brunch. The staff were very inviting, the food was excellent and reasonably priced. There were no dancers due to the early hour, but it was still a very pleasant dining experience. I found out about this place from a Washington post article and just had to give it a try. I will surely be going back!

The ladies are super friendly and they sure know how to move.
However, the basic drinks are a bit on the pricier side.
But, I have to say, the manager and the server are far from honest, downright crooks if you ask me. This seems to be a common practice in many clubs of this sort: everything seems fine when you order at the bar... but when it comes to table service, they sneak in extra drinks and make you foot the bill! Feels like a planned robbery. Despite the dancers being nice, I would strongly discourage anyone from going to this kind of club.
Particular kudos to Stacy, with whom I had the pleasure of making my debut in this club and who inspires me to aspire to become a regular patron to enjoy some quality time in her company! But of course, I also have in mind the others: Olympe, Sabah, Romi, Ysha, Lilou, Mira, Toni and the list goes on!
If these names ring a bell, then I am certain you had a fantastic evening. If they do not resonate with you, then do not hesitate, step into this club, for an experience that will undoubtedly leave a lasting impression on you!
I ended up here as part of a gift I received, and I can confirm it was a hit on all fronts.
The establishment is spotless, with a staff that is always on their toes.
What took me aback, however, was the calibre of the girls there. They put on a public dance act, giving you the chance to select the girl for a private show.
Last evening, I picked Stacy. A fair-haired girl with azure eyes. Her performance left me in awe. I now understand the reason behind the name of the club, this girl is truly a rare jewel.
