I have been a customer at Avalon Massage for quite some time. However, I have noticed that the place can get quite busy. Even after making an appointment, I have had to wait for around 45 minutes.

Then, when the lady finally arrives, she informs me that the one I wanted is not available. This has happened on several occasions when the owner is not present. So, I advise you to be cautious as you may end up wasting your time.

Moreover, there are always many men waiting for the room. The service is excellent when the owner is around, but when he is not, it always results in wasted time.

The massage was of good quality, but it cost $60 for the room and an additional $100 for the massage option.
The masseuse was very attractive and generously gifted.
It was quite a lot, $60 for 60 minutes of room rental and another $100 for the massage option.
I have experienced the same service in Comedy, where I paid $110 for everything, including a masseuse who knew her job.
They might need to reconsider their business strategy, as word of mouth is the most effective and affordable form of advertising for locals.

(update). what i write below is correct. but also experience can change a lot. some will give full service and others just a poor hand job. and no way to find out beforehand even if you inquire at the front desk. otherwise this place would be my top choice.

Nice spot. Private. Clean. Usually good girls all with decent massage ability. Services offered can differ a lot though - wish they all provided the same.
