Visited Bar Valentine Danseuses for the first time on my buddy's 18th birthday and I have to say, the safety situation there is questionable. The security needs a serious overhaul. If a security person cannot control his emotions, he is not fit for the job. Security is supposed to ensure everyone's safety, not instill fear in them.

Here is what happened: a young man, who had had a few drinks but was not overly intoxicated, wanted to dance. Seeing that the dancers were occupied, he decided to wait in an UNOCCUPIED booth. Maybe because of his young age, he did not fully understand the rules, but he did not do anything inappropriate.

However, a security guy rushed to the back and forcefully removed the young man from the booth. He could have simply escorted him out and explained the rules calmly. But no, he chose to use force which naturally upset the young man. The young man tried to defend himself and another security guard got involved. They ended up crashing into a wall. A fight ensued.

The initial security guard lost his temper and seemed ready for a fight. He kicked the door open, announced to the customer that the show was over, and even threw a chair. In short, he did everything but his job.

We left the bar after witnessing this scene. On a positive note, the bartenders were excellent!

Upon entering Bar Valentine Danseuses, I find myself heading to the bar. The waitress is busy chatting with two guys at the corner, taking almost 10 minutes before she gets around to welcoming and serving us. I am left leaning against the bar, playing with my $20 bill.

I decide to sit directly facing the poles with a friend. Time ticks by... 10, 20, 30 minutes. I notice only three dancers in the bar, one of whom is in the VIP area. The issue is, none of them have even stepped foot on the stage for a first dance! No one approaches us for a dance, nor do they even offer a smile as they walk past.

I eventually realize that one of the two at the bar is likely the owner or at least an employee. We ask him if the girls are on a break. His response is that there are only four girls and approximately 10 customers. Alright, thank you very much. I think I will enjoy my second beer somewhere else...

It is a shame, as the girls seemed delightful. All four were truly beautiful. But in case you were not aware, when someone visits a place with dancers, it is because they want to see dancers dancing. At least one every 20 minutes would be a minimum expectation considering the price. But no, 55 minutes in total and not a single dance. No breasts, no buttocks, and no show...

It seems that this is a trend, not the first place where the dancers do not dance, even when there are plenty of customers!

Today I happened to drop by the Valentine bar, seemingly a pleasant pole dance and billiards bar
But, I found a severe shortage of dancers
From late morning to early afternoon, there was just 1 dancer who seemed to prefer the regular patrons hence, I left without being able to enjoy a few private dances. I went back later in the evening to grab a beer before heading back to Quebec, but still, there were no more dancers, they seemed to ignore the new faces
This is unfortunate as it could have been a place worth remembering, but I guess I will give it a miss this time
