I would not advise anyone to visit the Erotik Store Reiter KG, and I certainly would not recommend it to those I know. The interaction between the store owner and potential buyers leaves much to be desired. I parked my car in a private spot for a mere 3 minutes while I placed an order at a nearby pizzeria and intended to visit the Erotik Store Reiter afterwards. Being new to Salzburg, I was keen on exploring the area. However, upon seeing a rather suspicious man smoking by the shop entrance and giving me unsettling looks, I, as a young woman, felt threatened and chose not to enter the store. Instead, I decided to leave, only to later receive a 400 euro fine for parking in a private spot.

While I understand that I did violate a rule, I believe that if a business wishes to retain its customers and maintain a positive atmosphere, it should first attempt to communicate with them before resorting to legal action, which in my case was done in an extremely impolite and aggressive manner. Furthermore, it is crucial for businesses to ensure that their customers, or potential customers, particularly women, feel safe and comfortable.

Please note that my intention is not to tarnish your reputation. I am merely sharing my experience and the negative feelings it evoked, which have deterred me from ever returning. I am simply expressing my personal opinion on the situation, and I hope that you will take it into consideration and strive to make all customers or potential customers feel welcome. However, given the circumstances, I have no intention of returning.

If you even just hang around in the parking lot, they will hit you with a property disturbance lawsuit right away. The experience will set you back by €400. They have an advanced setup to monitor everything, including cameras. It is really bothersome.

Steer clear of this shop. You might end up with a shocking €400 penalty for trespassing because you are on their private land.

Highly recommended! Staff is super friendly and always going the extra mile!
There's plenty of parking and no risk of trespassing charges if you're just visiting the shop!
It's hard to describe, better to see it for yourself

We encountered some quite unfriendly staff, and we certainly won't be paying a second visit. It seems like the so-called pleasant sales representative is being paid to grumble at the customers.
