This place, Vitalia, is kept impressively clean and managed very well. I must commend the landlord for his excellent work. Regrettably, Carolina from the 1st floor is no longer around. She was undeniably the best girl there. Always displaying friendliness and a warm-hearted nature. If she was still there, I would not hesitate to rate this place with a perfect 5 stars.

I went to the second floor with a girl named Violeta. She quoted me 100€ for half an hour and 200€ for an hour. I handed over 250€ for an hour including some extras. However, after less than 25 minutes, she told me my time was up and I had to leave. When I protested that this was not our agreement, she said her English was bad and if I wanted more time, I would have to pay extra. I asked her why she was doing this and she simply said if I did not like it, I could go elsewhere. This was very frustrating and I felt like I was being taken advantage of in a very blatant way. The problem was not the money, but the fact that I was expecting a fair and honest service. I left without arguing further.

Please ensure this does not happen again. Thank you.

P.S. I have left a written note at the front desk. I would not recommend this place.
