I spent 1-2 hours chatting on WeChat, but got no response. Are you interested in doing business or not? If you can't handle it, then don't do it. If you're serious about business, hire a diligent and responsive receptionist. I came there to spend money, not to beg for food or free stuff. Use your brain when doing business.

Avoid this place. I shelled out 180 dollars for 30 minutes but only got 15 minutes worth of service. Then they had the audacity to ask me for more cash to finish.

I had an encounter with a Chinese lady called Sugar for a duration of 45 minutes. She was advertised as being 24, but she seemed to be in her late twenties or thirties. Her expression was stiff and she seemed unenthusiastic about the service. She wasted around 15 minutes applying various lotions on herself, showering, and arranging the bed. She could not speak English at all. She behaved as though everything was a bother for her and she abruptly stopped midway, claiming she could not continue. I later realized that this was the same lady I had previously complained about at the reception, but it appears no action was taken. This was the second instance where the management paired me with her and she repeated the same time-wasting antics.

I have had better experiences at less prominent massage parlors. If a Chinese lady is not comfortable with non-Chinese clients, then why recommend her to them?

I wasted 220$!

Please reserve your Chinese client-friendly ladies for your Chinese clientele. And make an effort to enhance your service.

I have visited Ginza Club several times, and the girls there are always lovely and offer excellent services. The receptionists are also very warm and welcoming. It is a truly enjoyable spot to unwind and relax.

The photos they show are mostly not real. Majority of the staff are into D smoking. This is just Australia, not a party of Chinese racist Communism. You cannot meet a girl of your choice without paying upfront. They are always occupied back to back. You reserve, you arrive, you pay, you enter the room. Good luck if you are trying to get your money back. If you do not show up, they will block your contact. Many times, I have faced staff who are thin as a rake but act like they are bodybuilders, very fortunate indeed. They even had the audacity to tell me that I am lucky they do not burn me, very disrespectful and aggressive, terrible customer service, they are only interested in your money, they do not care about how long you want to book. I have not even started talking about the service from the girls of no quality, absolutely absurd.
