Kay is a small Korean lady who looks to be in her early thirties, thanks to some noticeable aesthetic enhancements. But in reality, she is likely to be between 34 and 36. From the moment I arrived, I was met with an unwelcoming attitude. Despite having arranged for a 30-minute session, she claimed that time was up after just 15 minutes. She used a false timer on her phone as an excuse, but unbeknownst to her, I had set my own timer on my watch before entering the room. The deceit was clear and made me feel swindled and perplexed.
The discourtesy was continuous—she did not just rush me; she completely removed any feeling of calm or tranquility. At one stage, she took the towels from the bathroom while I was still showering, simply because I had gone over by a minute. This invasion, coupled with her abrupt demand for me to depart, made it evident: respect was not part of the deal.
Cleanliness was another concern; there was an off-putting smell that implied a lack of personal hygiene after lunch, which only added to the overall negative experience.
This encounter was not just below average; it was a complete waste of time, money, and faith. I left feeling disrespected, hurried, and amazed by the lack of professionalism. Take this information as a warning. This incident served as a reminder to be cautious - a change in name does not necessarily mean a change in behavior.
