Cleanliness was another concern; there was an off-putting smell that implied a lack of personal hygiene after lunch, which only added to the overall negative experience.
This encounter was not just below average; it was a complete waste of time, money, and faith. I left feeling disrespected, hurried, and amazed by the lack of professionalism.
