I went there last weekend for the first time and here is the full review. First at the entry you have to pay $10, IDs will be checked and you can not enter with any beharage. However, the bouncer is a cool dude. Once Inside you need to buy a drink minimum is $10 or depends on your taste price will go higher. Each ladies will dance for 3 songs and lose their garments gradually as the songs progress. If you tip you can sit at the front, otherwise find a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the show. To get the VIP you need to pay $20 to get a bracelate from the DJ. Ladies will be back after their performence you can have a chat with them. If you want to touch ask, if they say NO don't engage there are a lot of girls. (Somehow a blonde with Tatttoo felt offended). Talk with them nicely and ask them to give you VIP treatment. In VIP per dance is $20 however, in the VIP they will go full nude at third song.

I had an absolutely fantastic time during my recent visit to Cheetahs Windsor. As a first-timer to this establishment, I was thoroughly impressed by the friendly staff, attractive performers, and well-maintained interior.
The staff at Cheetahs Windsor went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was top-notch. They were friendly, respectful, and more than happy to answer any questions I had. Their warm and welcoming demeanors made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in.
My visit was on a weekday at 7 pm, just as the club was opening, so the atmosphere was relatively quiet. Nonetheless, there was a great selection of talented and gorgeous ladies performing, particularly the dancer Jordan, who caught my eye and made the evening truly memorable.

Ever thought why a lot of guys never come back..... Take a look around, the signs are all over the place.

Upon entering the premises, it feels shabby, neglected and almost like a slum. There is one attendant at the location managing everything (Check-in and Check-Out). They only accept CASH, so you have to cough up the cash and give them your ID which they hold onto while you are in the club.
Once you are inside, there are some lockers where you can keep your belongings. Just a tip, keep your shoes on at all times. I would not recommend wearing sandals or going barefoot unless you are patient 0. There are a few vending machines and tables/chairs with a mix of guys sitting there waiting for their prince charming or someone really attractive to come whisk them away. Past the main area, there is a huge open space with some blacklights and incredibly poor lighting, which ironically adds to the dark room theory. There are a few small cut away spaces for some action. Depending on the lunar phase and the time and desperation of you people, you might find some people there. There is a very dark corner where you can have some blind fun. I suggest you hide there.
If you are courageous enough, you can exit and climb a set of stairs to a lookout section that has a sling. Another large open area that overlooks the open bottom area with slings at the end. Another good area for some fun.
The rooms looked too sketchy to enter and after about 30 minutes, we left as it was dead inside for a Saturday at 230/3a. We left feeling puzzled and uncertain about ourselves for many reasons.
Did not see any art, but then again, we did not go there for the art.
While I cannot say I do not recommend it, it definitely is an experience that I would say you should try once.
Enter at your own risk. Have a backup plan if you are looking for real fun.
