My partner and I visited One Love Temple last Friday and our experience was absolutely fantastic! The team there is both welcoming and competent. As it was our first time there, Audrey guided us on a tour around the facility. She was patient and ensured we knew where everything was located. Audrey and Lesette went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable - from keeping the drinks and snacks replenished, preparing fresh lemonade and fruit punch, changing the towels, to other hostess duties. We had the chance to mingle with several other guests during our visit and found them to be both engaging and amiable. The facilities claim of being female-oriented and promoting body positivity is not an exaggeration. We are certainly planning on coming back. I highly recommend it!

The One Love Temple was a serene and aesthetically pleasing place. The person in charge was incredible, making us feel very welcomed. The inclusion of snacks was a delightful touch. It was a comfortable and relaxing experience, and my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

However, I do have one issue. Upon our departure, a staff member named Audrey was overly friendly with my boyfriend, hugging him multiple times and appearing flirtatious. She did not even bother to bid me farewell with a handshake. I understand that the nature of the place allows for everyone to be topless, but as an employee, it is important to respect the boundaries of the couples visiting. Perhaps a training session on LS ethics would be beneficial. I do hope there will be more respect shown in the future.

Aside from this issue, the place is truly fantastic!

As a small business owner myself, it pains me to write such a review, but my best friend and I had a terrible experience at One Love Temple. I am still in shock and disbelief about our visit.

The pictures, posts, and websites of this place are either outdated or are stock photos of a different establishment. The spa was run-down, poorly lit, and clearly violating multiple health codes. There was nothing luxurious about it, which is misleading and false advertising. My friend had suspicions when we were sent a secret address after booking, which should have been a warning sign. But I was reassured that this was to keep away uninvited guests. Despite this, I persuaded my friend to take a tour, especially since I had already paid.

When we arrived, we had to ring the doorbell several times and call to let them know we were there. It took almost 10 minutes before we were let in. The first employee we met seemed friendly enough and agreed to give us a tour after we expressed our concerns. At the first entrance, we were told there were live models and to be aware. When the door was opened, there was an elderly threesome happening, which made me feel very uncomfortable. But we continued with the tour out of politeness. The rest of the establishment was dirty and unhygienic. The pool area reminded me of a filthy trailer park. When we reached the hot tub, there was another older couple being intimate. I was disgusted as I had planned to relax in the hot tub, but obviously I was not going to after seeing that.

At the end of the tour, I politely told the employee that this place was not for us. It was not as advertised and the environment made me feel uneasy. I wanted to leave immediately. I asked for a refund, but the employee became annoyed and aggressive. It was as if it was my fault that their establishment did not meet my expectations. I was shocked. Another employee came over and was incredibly rude, telling us we had to leave without a refund, which I refused. She then called the owner who also insisted on keeping my money. I was as polite and patient as I could be when asking for my $200 refund. The situation escalated and the owner came out to the spa. He was slightly nicer in person, but it should not have taken this much effort to get my money back from a place where I felt uncomfortable.

Ladies, please be careful and avoid this place. Unless you enjoy watching elderly people being intimate, take your money elsewhere and stay away from this area.
