I give Rooftop Resort a 4-star rating for its fantastic location, excellent service, and friendly staff. My partner and I visited for the day and purchased a "day pass", so I cannot comment on the quality of the rooms since we did not stay overnight. We are locals in the area.

The only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars is due to the music stopping at 4:40 pm after we paid $80 to enter. This was a bit of a letdown. It would be nice to have a DJ or multiple speakers on the patio, but maybe there are reasons for not having this, I am unsure.

The place was clean and sanitary, which we appreciated, and the service from all staff was as we expected. The security was friendly, we were welcomed with smiles, and treated with kindness and respect. We are looking forward to visiting again, but would like to see the party continue until at least sunset for day pass holders, especially considering the $80 price tag per couple.

My rating is missing one star due to the high cost and the fact that the pool started closing quite early.

It was not as terrible as the rumors we had listened to. It was quite relaxed, but our visit was only during the day, mainly to chill by the pool. The guy serving drinks was awesome and the woman grilling lunch was pretty chill too. They served sausages, hot dogs, Kabasa, and burgers. We might consider returning. During weekdays, a day pass is half the price compared to weekends, and if you plan on sticking around for the evening party, it would be an additional $80 on weekends.

Such a dreadful experience! The rooms were outdated, the bathrooms were infested with mold, and the staff was astonishingly impolite. I wish there was an option to rate it zero stars. On a Friday night, the place was almost deserted with less than 10 people around. Day visitors were shown the door at 4:45, even though they had paid till 5. They were informed that the staff could not leave until they left. At this point, staff members were knocking on doors and threatening to take keys to push them out of the rooms. The guests were treated as if they were a bother. We have decided never to return. If you are thinking about this place, I would advise you to give it a miss.

There was a high number of single men just aimlessly roaming around and gawking. A regular visitor informed us that it was quite the turnout for a Saturday, despite there being hardly 10 couples present the entire night. The play rooms were open for use, but the moment we ventured in, these lone men would gather at the doorway, seemingly in anticipation of some spectacle. I was far from impressed. If this is the usual scene, I would not advise anyone to go.

Our visit was an utter disaster! The rooms were outdated, the bathrooms were infested with mold, and the staff displayed a high level of rudeness. I wish there was an option to rate this place with zero stars. It was a Friday evening and the place was almost deserted with fewer than 10 people around. Day visitors, who had paid for their stay till 5, were shown the door at 4:45. They were informed that the staff could not leave until they had vacated the premises. The staff was knocking on doors and threatening to retrieve keys to evict them from the rooms. It felt like the guests were a nuisance to them. We have decided never to return. If you are pondering over whether to choose this place, I would suggest you give it a miss.
