PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CONSIDER WORKING HERE. On the 30th of September, I made a call to this place to confirm if I could come in for an audition. I spoke to two individuals, a guard and the manager. The guard had to consult the manager before I was transferred to her. She cheerfully told me I could come in for the audition and everything would be alright, and we would see what happens. After a long 3-hour bus ride, I finally got there.

I walked into the building and it was practically deserted, the first red flag! The guards were all clustered together. There was no one outside. The parking lot was almost empty except for the cars that belonged to the employees and there were only about 2 girls there… (note that all the workers are Latin/Caucasian). The guards had no memory of my call, even though I had called twice. When the manager came out, she looked shocked to see me. She said they were not hiring. However, the building exterior has a sign that says now hiring, and I had a five-minute phone conversation with her where she repeatedly assured me that I could audition and that they were hiring.

Unfortunately, after the long journey, my phone battery had died. I handed them my charger and asked if they could charge my phone, to which they agreed. Two minutes later, they returned my phone and the charger, but the charger cord was broken. They insisted it was already broken, even though I have had this charger for over a year and a half… The manager seemed indifferent to the fact that she had given me incorrect information. The guard later admitted that he remembered the situation and confirmed that he had transferred me to get an answer. But the manager acted like she did not remember me. I am not sure if this was because of my race, but it certainly felt like it.

They appeared surprised to see me there. They claimed again that they were fully booked, but when I looked in the room, there were basically no girls, no customers, and just a few cars in the lot. The manager was complaining about girls not showing up. If you are searching for a place that will treat you with respect, clear communication, and honesty, keep looking because this is not it, especially if you are a POC. Sadly, this audition turned into a colossal waste of time and resulted in me being stranded for 5 hours (I could not charge my phone because they broke it and I could not call a Lyft to get back home). By the way, that is a crazy strategy to make someone leave. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

The boss Jeff plus the rest of the crew are straight up ripping folks off. Come Friday, right after the dancer swiped my cash, I went to the bouncer and boss for help. They had eyes on the whole situation, and then they go, "I dident see nothing" and "you gotta leave".

Watch out for con artists. Too many fraudsters posing as show girls here, trying to snatch your cash. Management wont assist you. I wont ever return to this place.
