The staff is okay, not too friendly though
There are plenty of rooms, but the sauna is not hot enough, the jacuzzi and steam bath are okay

I understand the negatives.
I was quite confused, but the staff were polite and friendly in dealing with my bewilderment. We quickly sorted out the chaos and continued to have a good time.

The entry fee was too steep (60 dollars for a locker, 75 dollars for a room) and I did not feel it was worth it. The hot tub had a bad odor, the steam room was devoid of steam, and the showers had run out of soap. I had anticipated more from this sauna.

43.00 for a locker and 59.00 for a room? This is INSANE, I have been to bathhouses globally. I have never shelled out this kind of money for a place as mediocre as this one, that finally decided to renovate to the standards of any global bathhouse after 30 yrs, they have jacked up their rates way too high for visitors.
I will never go back. I would prefer to use apps or find other means to meet people. I could book a hotel room for these prices.. UNBELIEVABLE... Never again. The staff was not friendly and were DISRESPECTFUL to me and others who were checking in and out.
... Save your money .. and then to top it all, during gay pride weekend they want to overcharge you instead of offering you 20 dollar lockers on Friday as they advertise and they do not inform you on their website that this offer will not be available that weekend. Fraud fraud fraud.
