On our last 2-3 trips, our male companion sported stylish jeans, a black LV top, and shiny new trainers, all with no objections.
However, on Saturday, we were openly declared in the dining area that such casual attire was not suitable. We were utterly taken aback, embarrassed, stripped of any sensuality, and simply wished to depart. We were denied a refund of the admission fee with the justification that it would be akin to leaving a movie theatre if we did not enjoy the movie...?
Had the complaint been discreetly voiced during the initial infringement, it would have been completely reasonable.
We are typically very tolerant and careful when it comes to criticism, but this treatment does not align with our concept of fair treatment.
Everything was organized perfectly, particularly the enclosed playground. The crowd was pleasant, the entire place was extremely clean and the atmosphere was tranquil and laid back. They even had a counter and the seating was superb. I would definitely revisit ❤️.
The most disappointing aspect was the cloakroom, situated less than a meter from the cashier. Despite its proximity, thefts were common and no one seemed to care. Even my shoes were stolen and there was no intervention. I tried reaching out to the management through the provided contact number but received no response, apology, or follow-up.
It felt as though the security cameras were merely for show. So, here is a piece of advice for future visitors: Do not wear new or expensive shoes. Opt for older, worn-out ones instead. As for me, this was my first and definitely my last visit. There are far better options out there, such as the Orangery. It is a thousand times better!
