The club's management should certainly scrutinize the quality and professionalism of its staff. I had an unpleasant encounter with an older woman with dyed blonde hair who was incredibly impolite. She inquired about the amount of money I had in my wallet before checking in. I explained that I consistently use my credit card for payments, including the deposit, and I have never faced any issues with the rest of the staff. This woman escalated the situation by raising her voice in an unprofessional way and instructed me to leave. It is astonishing that the club's rules seem to vary depending on the receptionist. This woman should be let go, or the club risks losing more valued customers like myself.
