I typically avoid leaving feedback, particularly when it involves airing my grievances.
However, this time the issue was too significant to ignore.
Having been a client for 8 years, I can attest to the validity of the previous feedback, though I must point out that things have since changed.
Upon my arrival, I was welcomed by an older woman, who gave off the impression of being a reformed alcoholic, both in appearance and voice.
She pressured me to pick a girl, and attempted to steer me away from a beautiful individual I had previously selected on multiple occasions.
The room, once impeccably clean, was now in a state of disarray.
I could hear her berating the girls in the background, and to my dismay, she barged into my room carrying my drink while I was undressed, and proceeded to laugh uproariously.
I had come seeking a peaceful retreat.
The management has since changed hands!
The difference is palpable, and unfortunately, not for the better.
The new manager is a man, and to say I am disappointed would be an understatement!

I used to work at BodyPlay for a long time as a hostess! I remember when Shana was in charge, she would never allow what the new owner is doing now, she had respect for our personal space! The current owner forces us to follow a schedule without considering that we also have a private life outside of work! He even allows our personal photos, including those showing our faces to be posted without our consent! His mother, who works as a receptionist, scolds us as if we were her own children! I find all this to be completely unacceptable! I wish you all the best in your disrespectful business practices.
