My partner had the idea to treat me to a massage with Gabrielle. After a few email correspondences and a mandatory phone call (as insisted by the manager), we were able to set an appointment for 300 CHF, a price we were comfortable with.

However, an hour after confirming the appointment, we received a text suggesting a reschedule. We wanted to stick to the original time, but another masseuse from the salon informed us that our original slot had been canceled. We were given a new time slot that did not work for us at all.

In the end, it was a total waste of time and the lack of professionalism was quite disappointing.
