I am truly disappointed with the service of Palladium The Club. The lady on the phone was extremely impolite and disrespectful! The club's website clearly states "Girls Welcome", however, I was informed over the phone that women are not permitted due to C. This is nothing short of discrimination against women. If this is the case, then they should not advertise that women are welcome on their website. I could have let that slide, but what I cannot overlook is the way this phone operator treats potential guests.

My husband called to inquire about the club and if he could bring me along, and he was treated very poorly on the phone. I was sitting next to him during this call and was shocked at the audacity of this woman. It makes me wonder, do they not want more guests? This experience alone has made us decide not to visit this club and I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. The phone operator's behavior is enough to put anyone off!
