I have to say, Masajes Roma Seville is not what it used to be. The quality of the service has gone down hill, the girls do not perform their work as they used to, it does not seem professional at all. As a long-time client, it saddens me to see the drastic negative changes. The reception staff was not welcoming, they seemed to lack motivation to work and the service in the room was not up to par, it did not even feel like a proper massage. I have no plans of going back.

A few days ago, I visited Masajes Roma Seville and I regret to inform that I was not satisfied with the service. The masseuse treatment and the pricing did not seem fair to me, especially since showers used to be included in the price. Now, they are charging an additional €20 for the same, which is a disappointment. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but I am afraid I will have to look for other options.

Furthermore, there are barely any Spanish staff and I am not comfortable with foreigners. It is a pity because a year ago, it was not this bad. Also, the rooms reek of tobacco, which is unacceptable. I am sorry to say, but you have lost a client.
