I had an aroma therapy massage at Shantal Massage and it resulted in a damaged disc in my lower back. Three days of unbearable pain followed, forcing me to seek medical attention at the hospital. Prior to the massage, I was not experiencing any pain. I would advise against going to this place if you value your health.

Their response to my review is nothing but a blatant lie. I demanded a refund due to the damage caused, but the woman who performed the massage reacted by yelling at my friend. She was extremely rough during the massage. She offered a massage with a happy ending, but I made it clear from the start that I was not interested in such a service.

Another odd thing about the experience was that she disinfected my entire body after the massage. When I confronted her about the damage she caused, she showed no remorse and instead smiled. Given the pain I have been through, I believe I deserve compensation for my suffering, not just a refund for the cost of the massage.

I was prescribed anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving medication from the emergency room, which thankfully started working after a week. To my disbelief, this woman has started stalking me now.

Sin duda alguna, recomendaría el centro de masajes Shantal. Fui a recibir un masaje deportivo y los resultados han sido increíbles. El lugar estaba impecable y muy bien equipado, además la masajista fue sumamente amable. ¡Definitivamente volveré!
