Let down.
I had planned a one hour massage but they made me wait past my scheduled time. Once I was finally seen, the masseuse informed me she was in a rush as she had a train to catch. She proposed a 35-minute massage, which I reluctantly agreed to, only for it to end up being a rushed 15-minute session.
Such a letdown when an anticipated moment falls short so drastically.
The masseuse, Noa, is nothing like her pictures on the website, a complete disappointment. The owner, Rafael or Rafa Bordao on Instagram, communicates via WhatsApp or Telegram and has completely disregarded me. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
In response to your excuses below Rafael, I am well aware of the service you offer as that is what I had intended to receive, as I mentioned earlier. But you failed to deliver. And Noa was a letdown, a disappointment. That is all there is to it. I will not be coming back Rafa, I gave you a chance to make things right and you turned it down. Over a few coins. Now you see the consequences.
