My partner and I visited El Jardin Del Eden and were treated with utmost respect.
It was my debut visit.....and the charming lady who guided us through really eased my nerves.
Sadly, we had to depart after 3 hours ( at 5pm on Wednesday), however, by then the event had turned out to be fantastic.
I am eager to go back.

My partner and I, who are relatively young, had the pleasure of visiting El Jardin Del Eden this afternoon. The club was nothing short of fantastic, boasting impeccable cleanliness and a high-quality set up. The female employee we interacted with was not only friendly and welcoming, but also went out of her way to assist us. The other patrons were respectful and enjoyable to be around. We have already decided to return next Wednesday. This establishment truly deserves a 5-star rating!

For the first time ever, we got to experience what a club feels like. We were introduced to a couple from the FAB site in the UK who have been frequenting this club for many years. The club, El Jardin Del Eden, is conveniently situated just outside Alicante, a mere 30-minute journey from our apartment.

We arranged to meet our friends at 3.30 pm and upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the owner at the entrance. We then proceeded to the bar area where we paid our fee of 50.00€ per couple and were given 4 wristbands. These wristbands entitled us to 2 drinks each from the bar (4 in total) and 2 barbecue meals (for more details on prices and amenities, refer to their website). In addition, we were given a stretchy key band with a key attached for a numbered locker (which had a towel and a pair of flip-flops for each of us) and another key that granted us access to the couples only sections of the club.

After settling the payment, our friends took us on a tour of the club. Certain parts of the club are dimly lit and it takes a few seconds for your eyes to adjust. Interestingly, the club seemed to have more facilities than what was listed on the website, which was a pleasant surprise.

There were single men present but they were respectful and kept their distance unless invited. We didn't really see any single ladies around. The owner and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Despite a language barrier at times, the other guests were friendly as well. We all shared a common purpose for being there and that helped us overcome any communication issues. A smile and some sign language can go a long way!

To sum it all up, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the club and we look forward to returning. We hope to catch up with old friends and make new ones in this welcoming and safe environment.

My partner and I showed up at El Jardin Del Eden around 8 pm. By 10:15 pm, the only other guest, a single man, had taken off. The moment he left, the individual in charge informed us that they were closing the establishment.

We had shelled out € 40, and for what? To be asked to leave prematurely because there were no other patrons present? We get it, but if that's the case, it would have been a decent gesture to offer us a complimentary or discounted pass for a future visit. It's simply unacceptable to ask your paying customers to leave. This isn't a mistake, it's a glaring example of poor management that will only deter future customers.

Moreover, the staff should have apologized. Not because it's their fault that there were no other guests, but because it's the right thing to do. A simple, "We're sorry, tonight was a letdown for both you and us. We understand your disappointment and would like to offer you..." would have been appreciated. Instead, they bluntly informed us that they were closing soon and walked away. This sort of behavior is highly unprofessional in the service industry!

The day after, we received a response from the management to our review. Their reply? A mere, "Thank you for your review", clearly indicating their lack of concern.

Regrettably, El Jardin Del Eden, we cannot and will not endorse you!

The first impression I got from El Jardin Del Eden was that it held a lot of potential. The place is filled with numerous rooms, each having its unique theme, which is quite impressive. But unfortunately, that is where the positives stop. Let me start with the reception. The woman who showed us around had a rather cold and sarcastic demeanor that did not sit right with us. Not the best way to start our visit.

The pricing was steep in comparison to other clubs, and they offered fewer complimentary drinks. The crowd seemed to average around 60 years of age, and life seemed to have been quite hard on them all. After getting our drinks, we decided to take a walk around to get a feel of the place. However, we were instantly followed by 3-4 single men, giving off a rather predatory vibe.

We tried to make the best out of the situation by secluding ourselves in a room that could be locked for a bit of warmth, but to our surprise, all the locks were broken. To make matters worse, the single men managed to push open the shut door, offering insincere apologies. We remained for another hour or two, hoping for an improvement in the situation, but sadly, it was a huge letdown. We eventually left and headed to another club. Safe to say, we will not be returning.
