Regrettably, I was unable to visit this salon due to lack of time, yet my initial impression was far from satisfactory. I attempted to book a session, however, the response I received from the administration was not only rude but dismissive, to the point where they abruptly ended the call. This kind of behavior towards potential customers is completely intolerable.

How can one place their trust in professionals who lack basic communication skills? Given their approach, I see no reason to even consider their massage services. My disappointment is profound and I would advise against visiting this place.

The staff at Male Spa Salon Malvina is just awful. They have no clue what they are doing. It takes them a good 5 minutes to understand anything, and then they just end the call. It is a terrible experience!

This is the absolute worst salon ever. The ones in charge are just young girls who dont have a clue about anything. The so-called experts there, they dont even know how to do their job right, yet they still manage to be at the TOP. And the salon, its literally deteriorating right before our eyes.
