Just came from the salon, picked Alsu.
Went for the program costing 12500r.
The lady seemed to be in a foul mood.
She showered me with a very unhappy and dissatisfied expression. When asked what she was doing, she replied, I do not wish to converse. Kept complaining the whole time. She showered me as if she was disgusted. When we got to the tatami, she asked if I would be okay with a single sheet? Alsu just turned and walked away saying, No, I am not happy. Had to call the manager. She tried to convince me that I was the one who refused the massage. In the end, they charged me 2000 rubles just for the shower, or rather for me rubbing myself. This is insane! I am going to tell all my friends about the terrible service and inappropriate staff here.
