I recently availed your services and I would like to share my thoughts about it. Generally, my expectations were somewhat fulfilled, however, I do have a few observations to make.

To start with, the advice we received from the administrator regarding the selection of extra services did not exactly match with our chosen program. This led to a bit of misunderstanding and necessitated further clarification.

Moreover, the choice of the masseur this time was not the most suitable. It was apparent from the situation that he had been working continuously for 24 hours without any break and was visibly exhausted. This, unfortunately, had an impact on the quality of his work.

Despite these issues, I am open to giving your salon another try in the future.
