On March 23, I visited the massage salon at Maslennikova, 41 and was left feeling unsatisfied. The masseuse I had booked was unavailable, despite having arranged this with the administrator. They suggested a replacement, however, I believe the administrator was aware this was not a top-tier option. It seemed their desire to secure a quick profit outweighed my satisfaction. Consequently, from a scheduled 1.5-hour session costing 4.5 thousand, I only stayed for an hour. It seemed pointless to remain any longer with an underqualified masseuse. Naturally, they did not offer to refund the cost for the time I did not use. I expect they will respond to this critique with their usual, impersonal apology, suggesting I return another time. However, I can assure you, there will not be a next time.

Visited from 13th to 14th of March, 2021.
Relaxation was absent. We discussed an extension. They forced extras on me. But thats not the main issue. The girl left the room a few times. There was knocking at the door a couple of times... perhaps it was the administrator. There was no chance of a peaceful atmosphere. As I was departing, I encountered other clients and as I was making my way to the exit, a few rooms were open.
