I had a rather unpleasant experience with the administration at Virginia Club which is a first for me. I made a respectful phone call to arrange a massage at short notice and enquired about the availability of masseuses. The response I received from the administrator was extremely rude, informing me that I could only come in after an hour and a half without providing a reason or the number of masseuses available.

When I attempted to clarify the situation, I was once again met with rudeness and told that a room would only be free in 1.5 hours, still without answering my initial question. This experience left me not wanting to visit this salon at all, so I opted for their competitor where the staff treated me with respect and I had an enjoyable time.

I have never had any issues with the administrators at Virginia before, but this incident has left a sour taste. From the onset of the conversation, it was apparent that the administrator was in a foul mood, unhappy and reacted to everything with hostility. It is disheartening that a single individual can tarnish and disgrace the reputation of an establishment in such a manner.
