The service was passable, but not exceptional. The receptionist appeared somewhat preoccupied, and the music was slightly too loud for my preference. Not terrible, but I have experienced better.

Elegant and subtle. I felt secure and everything was handled professionally. I walked in exhausted and exited feeling like I was on cloud nine. I would suggest making a reservation ahead of time, as they tend to be quite occupied.
