The service was appalling. I rang the salon to inquire about their offerings and sought advice from the receptionist. Instead of assisting, she directed me to their website and suggested I look there. Such a poor attitude, they seem to have no interest in their customers. I suspect the same level of disrespect is prevalent within the salon. That is my perception. I urge the salon owner to intervene and train the receptionist on proper customer service etiquette.
