I was able to secure a last minute appointment on a Saturday evening, and was lucky enough to be paired with the incredible Rafaela. My experience had its ups and downs, but Rafaela's exceptional massage skills make it impossible to give anything less than a five-star rating.

The facility is top-notch, meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. My one critique and area for potential improvement would be the waiting time. I was kept waiting for about 20-25 minutes before my massage began, yet it ended exactly one hour after my scheduled appointment. I would have anticipated an hour-long massage to last an hour from the moment the massage begins, not from the appointment time, especially after being kept waiting.

However, the quality of Rafaela's touch, her technique, and her focus were so impressive that I was completely taken aback. Even the 35 minutes I received were worth every penny. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
